ChatrBee — Our In-House Review Management Platform

ChatrBee is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by PRACPROS Dental Marketing. We built ChatrBee to solve a problem we kept seeing with our own clients: managing customer feedback and Google reviews across multiple locations takes hours every week, and most small businesses don’t have the time.

ChatrBee automates that work, and we now offer it as a standalone product to local businesses, dental practices, and agencies worldwide.

How ChatrBee Uses the Google Business Profile API

With the owner’s explicit consent, ChatrBee connects to a customer’s Google Business Profile through Google’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. We request only the minimum scopes required:

  • business.manage — to list the customer's Business Profile locations, fetch their reviews, and post replies on their behalf
  • userinfo.email — to identify the Google account connecting to ChatrBee
ChatrBee never modifies, removes, or filters Google reviews. We only read them and post the replies the user (or their approved AI draft) writes.
